Trust & transparency
Editorial Policy
Coupon and pricing content attracts more fabrication than almost any other niche online. This policy explains the rules we follow so readers can trust what they find here.
Our honesty rules
- No fabricated coupon codes. We never publish a code we have not verified on the official checkout. If no public code exists, we say so plainly, with the date we checked.
- No fake urgency. No countdown timers, no "expires tonight" claims, no invented stock or seat limits.
- No invented ratings. We do not display star ratings, review counts or "verified today" badges that have no basis.
- Real savings framing. When the biggest saving is simply the annual plan, we call it an annual-plan saving — not a secret discount.
- Platform accuracy. Screen Studio is a macOS app. We never imply Windows support that does not exist.
How we research
Facts about pricing, plans and features come from official sources: the screen.studio product page, pricing page, official guide and changelog, plus the vendors' own sites for alternatives. Every article lists its sources and shows the date of the last price check (currently 20 July 2026).
How we update
Prices and plans change. We re-verify pricing pages periodically and after vendor announcements, and update the "last checked" date whenever we do. If you spot an outdated price, please tell us — corrections are made as quickly as possible.
Affiliate independence
Affiliate commissions fund this site, but they do not decide our conclusions. Our review lists real drawbacks, and our alternatives guide recommends competing products — including free ones — when they fit a reader's needs better. See the full affiliate disclosure.
Structured data
Schema markup on this site (Article, Review, FAQPage, HowTo, BreadcrumbList) always matches visible page content. We do not add AggregateRating or Offer markup for data that does not appear on the page.
